We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Naturally Sensible. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your returns within 30 days of receipt of the product.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your name, order number, and reason for return in your email.  Alternatively you can login to your account and obtain a RMA there as well.

Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when you received them. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your refund to be processed and for the credit to be applied to your original method of payment.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return if we determine that the item has been used or damaged by the customer.
